What a headline price can hide
Course approval is not the same as sponsor approval.
Virginia asks for an exact approved course title. Florida publishes course approval IDs. Tennessee names sponsors, instructors and allowed delivery methods for its state-specific course. A generic NASBA sponsor listing does not settle all of these.
One-year access can outlast the credit window.
Buying a course with one-year access does not extend a board approval or a course-completion cutoff. Keep the two dates separate.
A standalone course is not an annual CPE plan.
This small comparison focuses on selected standalone offers. It does not rank annual subscriptions against a single-course price or claim that the least expensive listed course is best for every licensee.
Before buying
- Open the board source and match the current provider, title or ID, year and format.
- Check the actual offer and checkout total, access period, refund rules and completion limit.
- Ask the provider or board about any unresolved binding before paying. Keep the completion certificate and your own compliance records.
